No-Bake Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries and coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth — about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides.

  4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
